Role Description
\nThe Senior Account Director will manage key client relationships, oversee multiple projects, and ensure delivery of high-quality campaigns that align with client goals. Responsibilities include supervising account teams, leading sales efforts to drive revenue growth, and coordinating with creative and operational teams for project execution. The role also involves influencing strategic decisions and maintaining long-term client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lusaka Province, Zambia.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Strong Account Management skills with the ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships
\nDemonstrated expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership to motivate and guide teams effectively
\nProven success in Sales and strategic business development to drive revenue generation
\nProficiency in Project Management, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope
\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills
\nComprehensive understanding of integrated marketing and advertising
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
\nExperience in a leadership role within an agency environment is an advantage<\/p>\n
\u2022 5+ years of experience in Marketing
