\nThe Engineer, Operational Technology is responsible for providing engineering support to ensure safe, efficient and profitable smelter operations. This role involves working closely with other engineers, managers and site personnel to design, install and commission instrumentation systems.<\/p>\n
compliance\u00a0\u2013 Ensuring that Operational Technology Systems comply with Industry Standards, Regulations, and Safety Requirements.
\nSystem design, and implementation\u00a0\u2013 designing, implementing and optimizing operational technology systems relating to siemens PCS7 Process Control System [ Win CC Scada, DCS \/ PLC, and other interfaced equipment (anode strapping, anode scanning, OSI PI database, semtech, weighing.
\nICT Integration\u00a0\u2013 ensuring seamless data flow, and interoperability between Operation technology platform and ICT systems.
\nCyber-Security\/ Group ICT Security\u00a0\u2013 implementing, and maintaining cyber-Security measures, and systems for the operational technology systems, aligning with group ICT security policies, and procedures.
\nMaintenance, Troubleshooting, and Fault Analysis\u00a0\u2013 Managing, upgrading, maintaining operational technology hardware, and software i.e software applications, license management.
\nInnovation, Continues Improvement\u00a0\u2013 researching, implementing new approved technology, and automation solutions, that improves the system Performance, and efficiency.
\nDocumentation\u00a0\u2013 creating, maintaining operational technology documentation i.e network topology, network drawings, configuration data.
\nCommunication, and Collaboration\u00a0\u2013 Ensure effective communication with Management, Superintendents, Supervisors, Technical team, Stakeholders, Vendors, Contractors. Provide effective support, and assistance to Operations, Engineering, Technical and Vendors \/ Contractors.
\nSafe Working \/ Operating Procedures, and Risk Assessments\u00a0\u2013 Compile, Implement, Review all Operational Technology Safe Working \/ Operating Procedures.
\n\u00a0Project Management\u00a0\u2013 Participating in Projects, Managing Projects Scopes relating to Smelter Operational Technology, and keep track of Hardware Life-Cycle, and Planning of Life-Cycle Replacement.
\nTeam Player\u00a0\u2013 Adhering to FQM Way, Standards, and Procedures. Comply to all KMP Health and Safety Requirements.
\nCost, Equipment Management of the Operational Technology
\nManage Costs, and Align with the Operational Business Plan.
\nManage Equipment and Hardware Spares, and Stock Levels.
\nPrepare, and Estimates Materials, Tools, Consumables, and Spare Parts that is necessary to execute projects internally.
\nAdherence to the Government \/ FQM Skills Development and Knowledge Transfer\u00a0\u2013 ensure an active participation in the personal development plans of local staff.

Qualifications<\/p>\n
Degree in Information Technology or relevant field.

Minimum of 10 years experience in Information Technology, covering following operational technology applications:<\/p>\n
Virtual Machine Platforms \u2013 VMWare Administration \/ Configuration
\nServer, and Workstation Equipment, Clients Stations \u2013 ESXi, Datacenter, WinCC
\nNetworking, and Switch Equipment-Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus, Firewalls
\nKnowledge of ISA 95, IEC62443

\nSQL Database Applications
\nLIMS Applications, Mine Software Application
