POSITION : SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Key Responsibilities
\n\u2022 Identify sales and market growth opportunities within assigned territories\u2022 Plan, prioritize and execute daily, weekly and monthly sales activities\u2022 Conduct customer calls in line with approved call schedules\u2022 Achieve volume, market share and distribution targets\u2022 Develop and maintain strong customer relationships\u2022 Monitor competitor activities and recommend corrective actions\u2022 Ensure effective in-trade execution including availability, pricing, visibility and promotions\u2022 Generate customer orders and complete sales administration accurately and on time\u2022 Conduct in-trade audits and ensure POSM is properly deployed and collected\u2022 Utilize sales and information systems effectively to track performance\u2022 Control expenditure within approved budgets\u2022 Uphold company standards, policies and corporate image<\/p>\n
Qualifications Required:
\n\u2022 Minimum: Diploma or Degree in Sales \/ Marketing\u2022 Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in sales\u2022 At least 1 year as a Sales Representative in a similar environment\u2022 Ideal: 3+ years\u2019 experience in FMCG sales\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license
