As an HR Officer, you will be at the core of our operations, working closely with both employees and management to promote a harmonious and efficient workplace.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company\u2019s vision and objectives.
\nSupport the recruitment and selection process by sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
\nMaintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
\nAssist in designing and delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
\nProvide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
\nManage employee benefits, overtime calculations, timesheets, payroll processes, and leave administration.
\nContinuously review HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nMinimum of 1\u20132 years\u2019 proven experience in an HR role, with a solid understanding of HR best practices and Zambian labour laws.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships and effectively address employee concerns.
\nStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
\nHigh level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
\nProficiency in Micropay and other relevant HR systems.
\nMembership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM).<\/p>\n
