The successful candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a productive work environment across project sites.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and on boarding<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Administer payroll inputs, employee benefits, and leave management<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Ensure compliance with Zambian labor laws and company HR policies<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Support performance management processes, including appraisals and staff development plans<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Coordinate training and development programs for staff<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for decision-making<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Promote workplace health, safety, and employee well-being initiatives<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in an HR role, preferably in construction, engineering, or large infrastructure projects<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and HR best practices<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is an added advantage<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle sensitive information with discretion<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0High level of integrity and professionalism<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Ability to multitask and work under pressure<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Attention to detail and accuracy<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
