The Consortium Properties is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Officer with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for property valuation, property management, and estate agency. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position will be based in Lusaka.
\nRequirements :<\/p>\n
Degree in Real Estate or Real Estate Management
\nExperience in real estate or property management will be an added advantage
\nStrong knowledge of property markets, property valuation, leasing processes, and sales techniques
\nExcellent negotiation and communication skills
\nAbility to manage multiple properties and clients efficiently
\nStrong organisational and time management skills
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
\nA valid driver\u2019s license will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Prepare and write property valuation reports
\nManage property listings, marketing activities, and client inquiries
\nFacilitate property sales, leasing, and tenant placement processes
\nConduct property viewings and inspections
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders
\nPrepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements
\nMonitor rental collections and follow up on outstanding arrears
\nConduct market research to stay updated on property trends
\nPrepare regular reports on property performance and operational activities<\/p>\n
