\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(1) Must be based in Southern province
\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(1) Must be based in Copperbelt province
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0IT Officer (01 \u2013 Lusaka)
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Finance Manager (Consultant \u2013 Lusaka)
\nContract Duration: All positions are for six (6) months (April \u2013 September 2026), subject to renewal based on availability of funds.
\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Community mobilization officer (02)
\nJob Purpose
\nTo mobilize and engage communities in behaviour change and development interventions in line with Afya Mzuri programs.
\nKey Roles and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Mobilize communities and facilitate participation in project activities.
\nWork with community leaders, CBVs, and local structures.
\nConduct community meetings, trainings, and sensitization sessions.
\nCollect and report community-level data.
\nPromote safeguarding, inclusion, and community ownership.
\nSupport monitoring and evaluation activities.
\nPerform any other lawful duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
Reporting Line<\/p>\n
Reports to: Project Officer \/ Programs Manager<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Health, or related field.
\nMinimum 2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in community-based NGO work.
\nA diploma in Nursing or Clinical Officer qualification will be an added advantage, particularly for community health-related interventions.<\/p>\n

\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills
\nFluency in local languages
\nPatient, respectful, and culturally sensitive<\/p>\n
2. IT Officer
\nJob Purpose: To provide ICT support and maintain reliable and secure IT systems.
\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain IT equipment, networks, and systems
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure data security and backups
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Support digital systems used in programs
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Perform other duties as assigned
\nQualifications and Experience:
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Diploma\/Degree in Information Technology or related field
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in IT support
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong troubleshooting skills
\n3. Finance Manager (Consultant)
\nJob Purpose: To provide financial oversight and strengthen systems for accountability.
\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Provide oversight and strengthen financial management systems, internal controls, and compliance across the organization
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Review and support financial processes including payments, cash management, and accounting records
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Support budgeting, financial reporting, and timely submission of donor reports
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with statutory obligations (PAYE, NAPSA, and other levies)
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Conduct periodic financial reviews, including reconciliations and risk assessments
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and capacity building to finance staff
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Support recruitment and structuring of the finance function where necessary
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Serve as an advisor on financial policies, planning, and organizational sustainability
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Undertake any other relevant assignments as required to support financial strengthening
\nQualifications and Experience:
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Degree in Finance\/Accounting (ACCA\/CIMA added advantage)
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong knowledge of NGO financial systems
