Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
The key functions of the role will include but not limited to;<\/p>\n
Coordinating all on boarding and staff orientation programs;
\nResponsible for timely roll out of probation assessments, annual appraisals and processing these for follow up action;
\nCoordinating all training and other performance interventions activities and logistics ,
\nAssist in coordinating staff development and training programs;
\nEnsuring all staff have specific roles and received performance evaluation as per timeline;
\nCompiling and reporting performance evaluation results for staff for management intervention;
\nMaintaining performance tracking for each individual and copies of Performance evaluations in their file;
\nFollowing up with supervisors and employees that performance evaluation actions\/recommendations are implemented;
\nPreparing of scheduled and ad-hoc reports related to personnel activities (training, performance evaluations, etc,);
\nTo perform other tasks related to the role as may be delegated from time to time.<\/p>\n

Education Requirements<\/p>\n
\u2018Grade twelve (12) School certificate or its equivalent with 5 credits which should include English Language and Mathematics (ZAQA Certified);
\nMinimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management (ZAQA Certified) or any related field with three (3) years of working experience in a similar role; or a Degree in Human Resource Management (ZAQA Certified) or any related field with at least one (1) year of working experience in a similar role; and
\nA Member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.<\/p>\n
Required Skills<\/p>\n
Must have good oral and writing skills;
\nMust be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments\/updating calendars;
\nMust have general knowledge of the Zambia employment laws and practices;
\nPossess skills in database management and record keeping;
\nMust have good interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
\nMust possess analytical skills.<\/p>\n
