\nCalm Mountain Real Estate Limited, a dynamic and growing group of companies operating in the real estate, construction, and transport sectors, is seeking to recruit two (2) highly competent and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Ndola.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
\nMarketing and selling company properties and services
\nConducting client viewings and presentations
\nMaintaining strong client relationships
\nMeeting and exceeding assigned sales targets
\nPreparing regular sales and activity reports<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements<\/p>\n
Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related business courses
\nValid Driver\u2019s Licence (mandatory)
\nGood interpersonal and communication skills
\nStrong negotiation and customer service abilities
\nAbility to work independently and under pressure
\nSelf-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented<\/p>\n
