Job Description
\nJOB PURPOSE:
\nTo assist the project Manager by ensuring all electrical connections on the processing unit and site in general conform to the stipulated mining regulations.<\/p>\n
Conduct risk assessments on every task undertaken.
\nEnsure health, safety, environment, and quality standards are maintained.
\nEnsure the \u2018safety first principle\u2019 is always practised when conducting any task.
\nEnsure all electrical installations onsite comply with best practice standards at a mine site.
\nAdhere to workplace health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards and report hazards or incidents immediately.
\nEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and operational procedures.
\nCarry out any other activities as assigned by the Supervisor.
\nMust be willing to work in shifts, including weekends if necessary.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements
\nGrade 12 Certificate
\nMinimum of a craft certificate in Electrical.
\nMust be a member of Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ \/ ERB)
\nZambian market insights
\nMinimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in the mining, construction or manufacturing industries.
\nJob holder exposed to project site working environment in remote locations. The job holder will be stationed at the Rufunsa mining project site or any assigned site.
