\n1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead company vision, strategy, and growth
\nBuild partnerships with investors, banks, and regulators
\nLead fundraising and business development
\nRepresent the company publicly and professionally
\nDrive expansion and investor confidence<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
4\u20136 years of leadership or management experience
\nBackground in finance, investments, real estate, fintech, or business development
\nExcellent communication and networking skills
\nExperience in fundraising and strategic partnerships
\nEntrepreneurial mindset and strong decision-making ability<\/p>\n
2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage financial planning and reporting
\nOversee investment structures and budgeting
\nEnsure transparency and financial accountability
\nPrepare investor reports and financial projections
\nSupport fundraising and compliance efforts<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in accounting, banking, finance, or investment management
\nStrong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
\nUnderstanding of real estate finance and investment structures
\nExperience with audits, budgeting, and investor relations
\nProfessional financial qualifications are an added advantage<\/p>\n
3. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Build and manage the company\u2019s digital investment platform
\nLead software and platform development
\nImplement cybersecurity and investor data protection systems
\nManage payment integrations and mobile money systems
\nEnsure platform performance and scalability<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in software engineering or fintech development
\nKnowledge of cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure
\nExperience with financial technology platforms
\nStrong problem-solving and leadership skills
\nUnderstanding of secure payment systems and APIs<\/p>\n
4. Legal & Compliance Director
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with financial and investment regulations
\nManage SEC and legal compliance requirements
\nDevelop AML\/KYC and investor protection systems
\nDraft legal agreements and investment documentation
\nAdvise management on legal and regulatory matters<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in securities law, corporate law, or financial compliance
\nKnowledge of investment regulations and governance
\nExperience with compliance frameworks and\u00a0\u00a0risk management
\nStrong legal drafting and analytical skills
