We are currently recruiting for the following roles to support our continued growth and operations.
\n1. SALES & OPERATIONS OFFICER
\nReporting To:\u00a0Operations Manager
\nLocation:\u00a0Lusaka
\nSupervises:\u00a0Sales Assistants
\nRole Purpose
\nTo manage daily outlet operations, maximise revenue, enforce pricing and stock discipline, and drive Sales Assistant performance using a structured, data-driven system.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Revenue management and target achievement<\/p>\n
Stock control and reconciliation<\/p>\n
Cash handling and financial reporting<\/p>\n
Supervision and performance management of Sales Assistants<\/p>\n
Customer experience management<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in any field<\/p>\n
Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in retail, sales, or operations management<\/p>\n
Strong numerical and analytical skills<\/p>\n
Experience handling cash and inventory systems<\/p>\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications<\/p>\n
Remuneration<\/p>\n
Starting ZMW1,500 plus commission, performance-based bonuses<\/p>\n
