This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing academic institution.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Assist in the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.<br \/>\nSupport the Finance team in Payroll Management and processing.<br \/>\nContribute to the preparation of accurate and timely Financial Reports.<br \/>\nData entry and maintenance of financial records using Microsoft Dynamics.<br \/>\nAssist with accounts payable and receivable functions.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with institutional financial policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Diploma in Accountancy \/ ZICA Technician or equivalent professional qualification.<br \/>\nPractical familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) is a strictly required advantage.<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.<br \/>\nBasic knowledge of Zambian Tax Laws and Payroll processing.<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity and professional ethics.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
