The successful candidate will deliver high-impact HR services to TopFloor\u2019s Outsourcing clients by delivering emotionally intelligent, compliant, and client-aligned HR services across TopFloor\u2019s outsourced staffing portfolio. The HR Junior Associate supports recruitment, onboarding, performance management, statutory compliance, and employee engagement ensuring that every touchpoint reflects TopFloor\u2019s values of integrity, empathy, and excellence.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nRecruitment &amp; Onboarding<\/p>\n<p>Conduct recruitment and selection for internal and external staff, ensuring alignment with client job descriptions.<br \/>\nExplain contract terms clearly and empathetically to new hires.<br \/>\nPrepare, update, and file employment contracts and documentation.<br \/>\nConduct engaging inductions for all new staff.<\/p>\n<p>Performance &amp; Engagement<\/p>\n<p>Facilitate appraisals for Junior Site Support Staff (JSS) and Site Support Staff (SS).<br \/>\nLead periodic toolbox sessions covering safety, HR queries, and morale.<br \/>\nDocument disciplinary proceedings in line with TopFloor\u2019s code.<br \/>\nSupport implementation of HR policies and disciplinary code for internal and outsourced staff.<\/p>\n<p>Payroll &amp; Compliance<\/p>\n<p>Prepare and verify payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, payment schedules).<br \/>\nProcess leave applications and escalate to supervisors.<br \/>\nGenerate accurate payslips and statutory returns (NAPSA, NHIMA, ZRA, WCFCB).<br \/>\nEnsure timely registration and submission of statutory returns.<\/p>\n<p>Client Service &amp; Brand Representation<\/p>\n<p>Maintain accurate employee files and documentation.<br \/>\nPrepare monthly client service summary reports (entries, exits, incidents, rewards).<br \/>\nAssist at client events (training, team building, consulting).<br \/>\nRepresent TopFloor as a brand ambassador at networking sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Demonstrated alignment and commitment to TopFloor\u2019s values<br \/>\nDiploma in Human Resource Management, a degree is preferred.<br \/>\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in HR, with provable track record in a similar task as explained above;<br \/>\nMust be a registered member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)<br \/>\nShould have demonstrable skill in the use of MS Office skills (Word, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint).<br \/>\nMust have working knowledge of Sage Pastel software.<br \/>\nShould understand how to use the Google based work systems (Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive).<br \/>\nDemonstrable understanding of Labour Laws and labour laws.<br \/>\nExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.<br \/>\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written forms.<br \/>\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.<br \/>\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective working relationships.<br \/>\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br \/>\nFluent in written and spoken English.<br \/>\nFluent in verbally communicating in at least one major local language.<br \/>\nAbility to travel across client sites.<br \/>\nValid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
