We are seeking an experienced and motivated\u00a0Workshop Supervisor to lead our truck maintenance and repair operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee daily workshop operations, optimizing workflow and managing resources, including manpower and equipment.
\nSupervise and motivate a team of mechanics and technicians, providing technical guidance and on-the-job training.
\nInteract with drivers and clients, addressing inquiries, providing repair updates, and resolving complaints.
\nEnsure all services and repairs meet company standards, safety regulations, and quality expectations.
\nMaintain compliance with company policies and all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
\nProvide regular performance reports to management on workshop metrics and achievements.
\nCoordinate breakdowns and road calls, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs, and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.<\/p>\n
Requirements & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Strong mechanical expertise in\u00a0Sinotruk 371\u00a0and\u00a0Foton Auman 430 AMT systems, engines, and diesel mechanics.
\nProven leadership experience, capable of motivating and developing a team of technicians.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions, team coordination, and reporting.
\nStrong planning, scheduling, and multitasking abilities.
\nAbility to diagnose and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
\nProficiency in workshop management software and standard office applications.
\nPrevious supervisory or managerial experience in a truck repair or workshop environment is essential.<\/p>\n
