The Company offers opportunities for all to learn develop and grow, whilst offering challenging career opportunities for lateral or vertical advancement.<\/p>\n<p>POSITION: Telesales Agents<\/p>\n<p>CONTRACT:\u00a0PermanentLOCATION:\u00a0LusakaREPORTS TO:\u00a0Sales Manager<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Contact existing customers to confirm order quantities, delivery accuracy, and product quality<br \/>\nGenerate new weekly orders from customers<br \/>\nInform customers about promotions and new products<br \/>\nHandle customer complaints and maintain strong customer relationships<br \/>\nReceive and reconcile cash from Vansales, CCDs, and Depots<br \/>\nClear customer accounts by matching invoices, credit notes, and cash received<br \/>\nIdentify and follow up on outstanding customer balances<br \/>\nProcess cash disbursements following approved requisitions<br \/>\nEnsure proper documentation and identification for all cash payments<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications Required:<\/p>\n<p>Minimum: Diploma in Sales \/ Marketing\/ Business Administration<br \/>\nMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in sales<br \/>\nAt least 1 year as a Sales Representative in a similar environment<br \/>\nIdeal: 3+ years\u2019 experience in FMCG sales<br \/>\nValid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
