To ensure acquisition of quality accounts and implore customer retention strategies that will ensure sustainability of business growth. To effectively manage process controls, resources and all operational activities of the agency including security and physical infrastructure of the building in line with Bank policy and Strategy. To ensure effective people management and growth.<br \/>\nUnder the supervision of the\u00a0Cluster Manager\u00a0the following are among the\u00a0Job Key Responsibilities: \u2013<br \/>\n\u00b7 100% responsibility for Agency Balance sheet &amp; profitability<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Responsible for Retail Corporate and Business Banking sales<br \/>\n\u00b7 Growth of Private &amp; Preferred segments<br \/>\n\u00b7 Strengthen corporate relationships by ensuring visits in collaboration with Relationship Team<br \/>\n\u00b7 100% responsibility for Retail revenue and CIB Revenue<br \/>\n\u00b7 Responsible for setting performance targets for the team in collaboration with Cluster Manager, such as Deposits, Loans\/Advances, Number of funded accounts, net interest income, fee and commission income and expenses, Banc assurance targets and aim to achieve and\/ or exceed set targets.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Responsible for formulation of sales strategy\/sales plans for the two segments in order to provide direction to the team.<br \/>\n\u00b7 To monitor sales performance against set targets and address any adverse variances on time for all Business Units<br \/>\n\u00b7 To be responsible for servicing of all customer segments at the agency including Business, Corporate and Agric customers in order to manage the segments for value.<br \/>\n\u00b7 To ensure Preferred and Private customers are relationship managed with customer contact plan executed according to agreed timelines for Private and Preferred Plus customers.<br \/>\n\u00b7 To identify low or no debit cards, mobile banking or online banking usage and engage customer to transfer in order to contribute towards the bank\u2019s objectives<br \/>\n\u00b7 To ensure all customer instructions including BB, CIB and Retail<br \/>\n\u00b7 To ensure that loan applications for private banking customers are fast tracked.<br \/>\n\u00b7 To liaise with Service Coordinator daily in resourcing for the Front office service agenda for Retail and CIB sections of the Agency.<br \/>\n\u00b7 To track and monitor SLA on all transactions in order to meet \/ exceed customer expectations.<br \/>\n\u00b7 To ensure overall operational governance, risk and control is maintained<\/p>\n<p>To ensure agency self-audits are taking place monthly so that there is End to End compliance on the operational controls as laid down in the OPM.<br \/>\nTo ensure that there is effective management of processes, controls, resources and all operational activities of the agency including security and physical infrastructure of the building in line with Bank policy and Strategy<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Provide clear and consistent guidelines on vision and strategic goals in order to attain full alignment with staff.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Manage staff and foster a positive environment that promotes the Zanaco values in the ways of working together.<br \/>\n\u00b7 To conduct in-agency training in areas of concern e.g. sales, complaints handling, process, operations, controls etc. is happening timely.<br \/>\n\u00b7 To agree targets with team members, monitor performance and performance reviews for each team members as per stipulated guidelines<br \/>\n\u00b7 To ensure monthly 1-on-1 sessions are held for each employee and support provided on developmental areas.<\/p>\n<p>Any other responsibilities or tasks as assigned by management.<\/p>\n<p>INTERNAL\/EXTERNAL CONTACT<\/p>\n<p>External:\u00a0Customers, local public officers,<\/p>\n<p>Internal:\u00a0All Divisions.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<br \/>\n\u00b7 Grade 12 Credit or above mandatory in Mathematics and English and any other three subjects.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Degree in Business\/Marketing or relevant field<br \/>\n\u00b7 At least four (4) years\u2019 work experience in a sales &amp;
