Your Mission:

Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly customer meetings to ensure alignment and service excellence.
\nManage spare parts inventory (VMI) to guarantee optimal equipment performance and operational continuity.
\nOversee planning and coordination of equipment, parts, and service, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
\nMonitor and report on equipment performance against contractual targets, including KPI compliance reporting.
\nConduct root cause and failure analyses (RCA, Fault Tree, etc.) and recommend improvement initiatives.
\nHandle communications with product support, repair workshops, and customers, providing accurate warranty support.
\nUphold health, safety, and environmental standards through hazard identification, risk assessment, and action planning.<\/p>\n

\nYour Profile:<\/p>\n
Technical diploma\/Degree (mechanical, electrical, electromechanical or other).
\nMinimum 5-10 years of experience in mining environment.
\nManagement experience as a Site Manager or equivalent added advantage
\nMust have computer knowledge (Microsoft office), ERP proficiency.<\/p>\n
