\nHERO CONTROL SYSTEMS LTD builds technology for Africa\u2019s industrial backbone. We repair industrial motors, VFDs, and inverters. We build operations software used by enterprises. Our expertise includes designing custom Power Electronics Cards, IoT systems, and monitoring systems for both domestic and industrial-grade applications. We Modernize older analog electrical or electronic systems by connecting them to cloud platforms, enabling predictive maintenance and condition monitoring for industrial machinery and vehicle fleets. Additionally, we service various industrial equipment in the following; Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Food and Beverage, Utilities, Mining, Government etc.

What You\u2019ll Do
\n\u00a0
\nProspect and build relationships with decision-makers in mining, utilities, manufacturing, and government
\nWrite proposals, follow up on quotes, and manage the sales pipeline end-to-end
\nSell across four business lines: industrial repair services, operations software (SaaS), data protection compliance software, and industrial training programs<\/p>\n
Attend client meetings.
\nTrack and report pipeline metrics weekly<\/p>\n

\nCommunications & Media Studies
\nComfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where your impact is immediate.

Existing relationships in mining, utilities, or government procurement
\nExperience selling technical services, IT solutions, or SaaS products
