\nAbout the role:
\nMighty Fin is building Zambia\u2019s financial infrastructure rails for Africa through embedded finance, digital lending, collections infrastructure, and alternative credit systems. We are not looking for learners or general marketers. We are looking for operators with proven execution experience in high-growth microfinance, fintech, lending, or digital financial services environments. The successful candidate must have a strong background in scaling loan books, managing aggressive field sales teams, driving portfolio growth, and executing customer acquisition strategies within regulated lending environments.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Lead nationwide acquisition strategy across payroll, SME, and mass-market lending
\nBuild and optimize sales funnels and embedded finance distribution channels
\nManage regional sales performance and productivity
\nDrive strategic partnerships and ecosystem growth
\nCollaborate with risk and collections teams to ensure sustainable portfolio growth
\nBuild scalable customer acquisition systems for rapid expansion<\/p>\n
Desired Skills and Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum 5 years experience in microfinance, fintech, banking, digital lending, or credit-led financial services
\nMust have managed high-performing field sales or branch acquisition teams
\nProven experience driving loan disbursement growth and customer acquisition targets
\nStrong understanding of:
\nPayroll lending
\nSME lending
\nAgent-based acquisition models
\nCollections-linked sales environments
\nEmbedded finance partnerships
\nDemonstrated ability to scale portfolios while maintaining portfolio quality
\nExperience managing sales KPIs including:
\nDisbursements
\nPAR
\nConversion rates
\nCAC
\nRetention
\nAgent productivity
\nExisting network within Zambian financial services, telecom, SME, or payroll ecosystems is an advantage<\/p>\n
Compensation:
