\nAbout the role:
\nMighty Fin is seeking a highly analytical Credit Risk Analyst with direct experience in digital lending, microfinance risk management, and credit analytics. This is not an entry-level analyst role. The candidate must already understand how to manage fast-moving lending portfolios in emerging markets and should be comfortable working with alternative data, behavioral scoring, fraud monitoring, and delinquency analytics.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Monitor and optimize portfolio risk performance
\nConduct borrower and sector risk analysis
\nSupport credit policy refinement and scorecard development
\nAnalyze repayment behavior and delinquency trends
\nDetect fraud patterns and suspicious lending behavior
\nProduce risk dashboards and portfolio reporting for management<\/p>\n
Desired Skills and Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum 3\u20135 years experience in:
\nMicrofinance
\nDigital lending
\nBanking risk
\nFintech credit operations
\nStrong understanding of:
\nPAR analysis
\nVintage analysis
\nRoll rates
\nCollections analytics
\nFraud risk monitoring
\nCredit scoring methodologies
\nExperience analyzing unsecured consumer or SME lending portfolios
\nExperience working with high-volume loan books
\nAbility to independently identify portfolio deterioration trends and recommend corrective action
\nStrong Excel skills required
\nExperience with SQL, Power BI, Python, or analytics systems is a strong advantage<\/p>\n
