\nAbout the role:
\nMighty Fin is looking for experienced collections professionals who understand high-pressure, performance-driven recovery environments within microfinance and fintech lending. Candidates must already know how to manage delinquent digital loan portfolios, negotiate repayments, and drive recoveries while maintaining professionalism and compliance.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Drive collections performance and reduce portfolio delinquency
\nNegotiate repayment plans and settlements
\nConduct recovery follow-ups across digital and physical channels
\nEscalate chronic defaults for legal or external recovery action
\nMaintain accurate recovery records and reporting
\nCollaborate with sales and risk teams to improve portfolio quality<\/p>\n
Desired Skills and Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum 3 years collections or recoveries experience in:
\nMicrofinance
\nFintech
\nBanking
\nAsset finance
\nCredit operations
\nProven track record managing delinquent loan portfolios
\nExperience handling:
\nBucket collections
\nSkip tracing
\nLoan restructuring
\nRecovery negotiations
\nField recoveries
\nStrong understanding of loan lifecycle management and delinquency control
\nAbility to meet aggressive recovery targets
\nExperience using collections systems and customer engagement platforms<\/p>\n
Compensation:
\nThe incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
