\nWe are hiring experienced loan sales professionals with proven ability to originate payroll and salary-backed loans within Zambia\u2019s government and formal employment sectors. This role is performance-intensive and suited for candidates who already understand payroll lending cycles, employer onboarding, and institutional relationship management.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Acquire payroll and salary-backed loan customers
\nConduct institutional activations and employer visits
\nDrive monthly loan disbursement targets
\nSupport onboarding and verification processes
\nMaintain strong customer retention and referral pipelines<\/p>\n
Desired Skills and Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum 2 years experience in:
\nMicrofinance
\nPayroll lending
\nBanking sales
\nLoan origination
\nExisting relationships within:
\nGovernment institutions
\nSchools
\nHospitals
\nFormal employers
\nare a major advantage
\nProven monthly disbursement performance history
\nStrong understanding of payroll-based credit assessment
\nExperience handling customer onboarding and KYC processes<\/p>\n
Compensation:
