\nMighty Fin is hiring experienced SME finance sales professionals capable of originating and managing relationships with growth-stage small businesses. Candidates must understand SME cashflow behavior, informal market ecosystems, and working capital financing structures.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Source and onboard SME borrowers
\nConduct business assessments and customer visits
\nBuild long-term merchant relationships
\nDrive SME portfolio growth while maintaining portfolio quality
\nSupport collections follow-up where required<\/p>\n
Desired Skills and Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum 2\u20133 years experience in:
\nSME lending
\nMicrofinance
\nBusiness banking
\nMerchant acquisition
\nAsset finance
\nExisting SME networks within markets, retail clusters, or trade ecosystems preferred
\nStrong understanding of:
\nWorking capital lending
\nMerchant finance
\nInventory cycles
\nSME cashflow behavior
\nProven experience meeting loan disbursement and portfolio targets<\/p>\n
Compensation:
\nThe incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
