\nWe are hiring aggressive, high-performing field acquisition agents with direct experience selling financial products to underserved and informal market customers. This role is ideal for candidates who already understand mass-market lending, mobile financial services, and high-volume field acquisition environments.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Conduct field activations and customer acquisition campaigns
\nDrive loan application onboarding and digital adoption
\nBuild referral pipelines within communities and informal markets
\nAchieve aggressive weekly and monthly sales targets
\nSupport portfolio quality through customer education and follow-up<\/p>\n
Desired Skills and Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum 2 years experience in:
\nMicrofinance
\nMobile money
\nDigital lending
\nFMCG field sales
\nTelecom sales
\nProven ability to meet daily and monthly acquisition targets
\nStrong understanding of:
\nInformal sector customer behavior
\nAgent-led acquisition
\nCommunity activations
\nDigital onboarding
\nComfortable working in high-volume field environments<\/p>\n
Compensation:
