\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Act as the main point of contact for farmers, providing technical support and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
\nCoordinate spare parts, warranty assessments, and inventory management to minimise downtime and maintain efficient service delivery.
\nOversee stock management of drones, equipment, and spare parts to ensure operational readiness.
\nTravel to farms across Zambia to demonstrate agricultural drone solutions and support business development activities.
\nSupport the setup and expansion of regional service operations and field teams.
\nMonitor field operations during spray season and ensure smooth coordination between technical and operational teams.
\nWork closely with administration teams to ensure timely invoicing and efficient operational processes.
\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the agricultural drone sector and related markets.
\nDevelop hands-on technical knowledge of drone maintenance and repair.
\nLead and grow operational teams while maintaining strong service standards and customer relationships.
\nResolve operational challenges proactively and ensure overall business efficiency.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Experience in the agriculture sector is an advantage.
\nExperience in the drone industry is beneficial but not essential.
\nDrone pilot or operator certification is an added advantage; training may be provided for the right candidate.
\nStrong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
\nAbility to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
\nWillingness to travel extensively within Zambia.
\nValid driver\u2019s licence preferred.<\/p>\n
