JOB PURPOSE
\nTo support the Home Broadband (HBB) business by providing data-driven insights, performance tracking, and analytical support to drive sales growth, optimize distribution, and improve market execution.
\nCORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:<\/p>\n
Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly Home Broadband sales performance.
\nDeveloping and maintaining dashboards and reports for territories and clusters.
\nTracking performance against targets and highlighting gaps with actionable insights.
\nAnalysing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the HBB business.
\nProviding insights on market extraction, trade visibility, and conversion rates.
\nTracking productivity of Sales Executives, Installers, and Channel Partners.
\nMonitoring coverage, outlet productivity, and agent performance.
\nProviding insights to improve route-to-market strategies and market penetration.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Educational Qualifications & Functional \/ Technical Skills:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
\nStrong analytical and problem\u2011solving skills; advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.<\/p>\n
Relevant Experience:<\/p>\n
At least 2\u20134 years\u2019 experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analysis.
\nExperience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
\nTelecommunications or FMCG industry experience is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
