The Commission has the constitutional mandate to uphold and protect the Bill of Rights. The Commission is seeking applications from suitably qualified external candidates for the position of\u00a0Driver.<br \/>\nThe Main Purpose of the Role<br \/>\nZambia market insights<br \/>\nTo drive vehicles on official business in order to facilitate the mobility of officers and materials.<br \/>\nMain Duties and Responsibilities<br \/>\nThe successful candidate will report to the Administration Officer and will be responsible for:<br \/>\n\u2022 Undertaking the regular transportation of officers, materials and equipment to facilitate smooth operations;<br \/>\n\u2022 Undertaking timely preparation of accident reports to facilitate decision making;<br \/>\n\u2022 Undertaking timely completion of log books to enhance accountability for journeys undertaken;<br \/>\n\u2022 Undertaking timely inspection of vehicles under their charge to ensure road worthiness;<br \/>\n\u2022 Undertaking effective cleaning of vehicles to ensure their suitability for official use;<br \/>\n\u2022 Undertaking timely reporting of vehicle faults to facilitate their prompt resolution; and<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring adherence to road safety regulations at all times.<br \/>\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience<br \/>\n\u2022 Must have a full Grade 12 School Certificate.<br \/>\n\u2022 Must possess a valid Driver\u2019s Licence Class C or better.<br \/>\n\u2022 Must have a minimum of two (2) years relevant driving experience.<br \/>\nSkills\/attributes required<br \/>\nBasic computer literacy, trustworthy, confidentiality, interpersonal skills, initiative, alertness, ability to write reports, and ability to communicate effectively in English.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
