\nPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES ( MAIN DUTIES)
\ni.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Manages and coordinates effectively the provision of all the academic programs in order to ensure quality education is delivered at the school.
\nii.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Manages and coordinates effectively all the administrative functions in order to facilitate smooth running of the school.
\niii.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Monitors and evaluates regularly the delivery of academic programs in order to determine their impact and recommend appropriate intervention
\niv.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0interprets correctly educational policies \u00a0to ensure the delivery of \u00a0quality education.
\nv.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Manages staff and utilization of other resources at the school in order to facilitate the attainment of set objectives.
\nQualifications and requirements
\na)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum Primary\/Secondary Education:
\nGrade 12\/ University entrant
\nb)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum Vocational\/Professional Qualification
\nFirst degree in Education
\nc)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience:
\n2years teaching experience as deputy head teacher
\nd)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Communication Skills:
\ni)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Written Skills

\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Grade 12 certificate, minimum of 5 credits\u00a0subjects including English.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum 2 \u00a0years experience of teaching
