\nReports To:\u00a0Head of Commercial Sales-Fuels
\nPosition Overview:
\nWe are looking for a sharp, field-ready\u00a0Commercial Sales Representatives\u00a0to drive volume growth within the Mining and Transport sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process of bulk fuels (Diesel, Petrol and Lubricants). You aren\u2019t just selling a commodity; you are selling\u00a0energy security\u00a0to industries where a single hour of downtime due to dry tanks costs millions.
\nYour focus will be on securing high-volume supply contracts and managing the complex logistics of fuel delivery to remote mine sites and busy transport hubs.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Volume Acquisition:\u00a0Drive aggressive growth in bulk fuel sales by securing long-term supply agreements with mining houses and Tier-1 logistics companies.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bulk Infrastructure Coordination:\u00a0Work with the technical team to facilitate the installation of on-site fuel tanks and dispensing equipment at client locations.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Tender & Bid Leadership:\u00a0Manage the commercial response for large-scale fuel tenders, ensuring competitive pricing models that protect company margins.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Credit & Debt Management:\u00a0Monitor client payment cycles and ensure timely collections, maintaining a healthy \u201cDays Sales Outstanding\u201d (DSO) for your portfolio.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Supply Chain Liaison:\u00a0Coordinate closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless fuel delivery to remote or high-traffic locations.<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Experience:\u00a0Minimum of\u00a03\u20135 years\u00a0of proven sales experience within an\u00a0Oil Marketing Company (OMC).
\nSector Expertise:\u00a0A demonstrated network and history of selling bulk fuel to\u00a0Mines, Freight Forwarders, and Cross-border Logistics\u00a0firms.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Operational Knowledge:\u00a0Solid understanding of fuel storage regulations, health and safety (HSE) standards for fuel handling, and the logistics of bulk liquid transport.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Education:\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
\nRegistered with relevant regulatory body<\/p>\n
Physical & Travel Requirements<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0This role requires significant travel (up to 60%) to mine sites, border posts, and logistics depots.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Must possess a valid driver\u2019s license and a clean driving record.<\/p>\n
