The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and protecting the NTEMBA24 brand, developing campaign concepts, guiding sub-brand positioning and ensuring consistency across all marketing and store experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Develop and maintain brand positioning and messaging<br \/>\nLead campaign concept development and creative direction<br \/>\nGuide sub-brand development and differentiation<br \/>\nDefine packaging and visual merchandising direction<br \/>\nDevelop structured creative briefs and review creative outputs<br \/>\nConduct brand audits and ensure consistency across stores and campaigns<br \/>\nUse customer insights and sales trends to strengthen marketing direction<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Branding, Design or related field<br \/>\nExperience in brand management, marketing strategy or creative direction<br \/>\nStrong understanding of retail marketing and consumer behavior<br \/>\nExcellent\u00a0\u00a0communication, planning and leadership skills<br \/>\nAbility to manage multiple projects and maintain brand consistency<br \/>\nExperience in fashion or retail branding is an added advantage<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
