The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.<br \/>\nManage accounts payable and receivable.<br \/>\nPrepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.<br \/>\nAssist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.<br \/>\nProcess statutory payments including PAYE, NAPSA, and VAT.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with company financial procedures and Zambian financial regulations.<br \/>\nSupport internal and external audit processes.<br \/>\nMonitor expenses and recommend cost-control measures.<br \/>\nPrepare monthly payroll and salary reconciliations.<br \/>\nMaintain proper filing of financial documents.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<br \/>\nFull or part professional qualification such as ZICA, ACCA, or CIMA is an added advantage.<br \/>\nMinimum of 2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in a similar role.<br \/>\nProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.<br \/>\nStrong analytical and numerical skills.<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity and attention to detail.<br \/>\nExcellent\u00a0\u00a0communication\u00a0and organizational skills.<\/p>\n<p>Key Competencies<\/p>\n<p>Financial reporting<br \/>\nBudget management<br \/>\nAttention to detail<br \/>\nConfidentiality<br \/>\nTime management<br \/>\nProblem-solving skills<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
