\nClimate Control (Z) Ltd, is a mechanical contracting company specialized in Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning systems and fire protection systems. The company was incorporated under the company act of the laws of Zambia in 2007.
\nClimate Control (Z) Ltd is seeking for 6no skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technicians to join our operations as follows:
\n(3no)-Kitwe office
\n(3no)-Lusaka office
\nThe candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Diagnosing problems and make repairs to existing equipment: High wall split air conditioners, cassette type air conditioners, ducted air conditioners, chillers, centralized air conditioning units, packaged units, evap coolers and other HVAC systems
\nTroubleshooting methods replace parts and run tests to ensure the systems are working properly following repairs
\nPerforming preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems. This entails following a checklist of parts and operations that need to be tested during a routine inspection of existing equipment, such as compressors, condensers, electrical connections, and motor operations
\nInstallation and commissioning of new refrigeration and HVAC systems
\nCarrying out quality inspections on jobs
\nInterpretation of construction designs<\/p>\n
The Refrigeration Technician must have:<\/p>\n
Diploma\/Advanced Craft Certificate in refrigeration
\nGrade Twelve (12) certificate
\nMinimum 2-years experience with the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, or manufacturing of commercial or residential HVAC and\/or refrigeration equipment
\nExperience in working on DX and centralized air conditioning systems
\nEngineering Institution of Zambia membership
\nDriver\u2019s license will added advantage<\/p>\n
These are full-time position and the successful candidates must be available to work weekdays and weekends.
