The role ensures client satisfaction, retention, and the expansion of business opportunities.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Result Areas &amp; Indicators<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Client Retention: Ensure long-term client relationships and reduce churn (KPI: Client retention rate, number of renewals).<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly (KPI: Client satisfaction scores, issue resolution times).<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Account Growth: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts (KPI: Account expansion percentage, upsell revenue).<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Reporting: Provide regular updates to line manager on account status and client feedback (KPI: Timeliness and accuracy of reports).<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKnowledge, Skills, Experience and Competency requirements:<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, Sales, or related field.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Experience: 5+ years in client relations or account management, preferably in the digital services or ISP sector.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nCompetencies: Client-focused, relationship builder, proactive approach, and attention to detail.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
