The Finance Executive will also work closely with Corporate office in the annual audit process.<br \/>\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\na. Prepares statutory Returns eg, NHIMA, NAPSA and PAYE .<br \/>\nb. Ensures payments and records are accurate.<br \/>\nc. Manages petty cash transactions; records and reconciliations.<br \/>\nd. Manages credit payments and follows up on collections.<br \/>\ne. Maintains up to date books of account.<br \/>\nf. Undertakes bank reconciliation of bank statements .<br \/>\ng. Verifies all vendor payments against agreements.<br \/>\nh. Prepares salary disbursement data .<br \/>\ni. Prepares finance related management information reports in line with operational metrics.<br \/>\nj. Undertakes reconciliation of accounts and ledgers.<br \/>\nk. Participates in finance audits.<br \/>\nl. Ensures timely payment of employees, vendors and suppliers.<br \/>\nm. Ensures submission of correct invoice to clients and follows up on. collection as per terms of contract.<br \/>\nn. Ensures statutory compliance at all time with zero tolerance to default. o. Attends to banking matters for day to day financial activities.<br \/>\np. Supports corporate office in finalization of books of accounts.<br \/>\nq. Preparation and submission of ZRA smart invoices to clients .<br \/>\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:\u00a0<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s Degree<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Accounting qualifications e.g. ZICA<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Minimum of 3 years relevant experience<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Proficient in MS Office with advanced MS Excel skills<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Excellent Communication and organization skills<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Outstanding problem solving skills<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Excellent analytical skills<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Attention to details<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Working knowledge of Accounting software<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
