\nROLE DESCRIPTION
\nThis is a commission-based field employment for a Direct Sales Agent located outside of Lusaka. The Direct transactions Agent\u2019s responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, pushing financial products, offering great customer service, and closing transactions. They will collaborate closely with the sales team to meet monthly targets while also contributing to the organization\u2019s growth.
\nQUALIFICATIONS
\n\u2022\u00a0Minimum of one year of experience in sales and marketing (similar industry is an added Advantage) and a Grade 12 certificate or higher.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and bargaining skills.
\n\u2022\u00a0Self-motivated, energetic and goal-oriented.
\n\u2022\u00a0Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
\n\u2022\u00a0Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with the local area and market is beneficial.
\nKey Duties & Responsibilities
\n\u2022\u00a0Actively seek for new clients in the area of the branch.
\n\u2022 Engage in field and outdoor sales activities, such as point-of-sale and door-to-door marketing.
\n\u2022\u00a0Sustain positive connections with both current and prospective clients
\n\u2022\u00a0Reach predetermined sales goals and provides frequent reporting on sales activity.
