\nDIRECT SALES AGENTS (DSAs)

\nROLE SUMMARY
\nThe Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting loan products, acquiring new clients, and driving business growth through active field sales.<\/p>\n
This role is 100% field-based and sales-focused, ideal for an individual who is proactive, self-motivated, and confident in engaging customers, with the ability to generate business through direct marketing, referrals, networking, and consistent daily prospecting.
\nThe successful candidate will be required to actively operate in the field, identify business opportunities, and convert prospects into loan applications.
\nThe ideal candidate must be confident, energetic, and possess strong interpersonal skills, with a clear passion for business growth and customer acquisition.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\nThe Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Finding and recruiting new clients for loan products
\nMarketing and selling company loan products to individuals, traders, SMEs, schools, contractors, and other target customers
\nConducting daily field visits to markets, shops, business areas, schools, and institutions
\nGenerating quality leads and building a strong customer pipeline
\nSourcing business through direct marketing, referrals, networking, cold calling, and walk-ins
\nExplaining product features, loan benefits, and requirements to customers
\nFollowing up interested customers and converting leads into submissions
\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral sources
\nParticipating in branch marketing campaigns, activations, and sales drives
\nMeeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
\nGiving regular feedback on sales activity and market opportunities<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate
\nSales or customer acquisition experience, along with a background in marketing, direct sales in a microfinance, will be an added advantage
\nStrong communication and persuasion skills<\/p>\n
