The\u00a0Key Purpose\u00a0is to be responsible and to ensure the efficient and effective planning and scheduling of materials required for production. This role involves analyzing demand, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with various departments to support the production process.<\/p>\n

\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain material requirements planning (MRP) processes to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
\nAnalyze sales forecasts and historical data to predict future material needs and adjust plans accordingly.
\nMonitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, ensuring optimal inventory turnover.
\nGenerate and manage purchase orders for materials, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with production planning and operations teams to align material availability with production schedules.
\nCollect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements.
\nGenerate regular reports on material availability, inventory levels, and supplier performance, and present findings to management.
\nWork closely with suppliers to resolve issues, manage lead times, and improve material quality.
\nIdentify and implement improvements to MRP processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure all MRP activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.<\/p>\n

\nProfile:<\/p>\n
Education: bachelor\u2019s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
\nExperience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain analysis.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\nProficiency in MRP software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.
\nKnowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.<\/p>\n
