We are looking for a skilled and driven Automotive Mechanic to join our workshop team.<\/p>\n<p>POSITION : AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC<br \/>\nCONTRACT :\u00a0PERMANENTLOCATION :\u00a0NDOLA<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n1. Vehicle Maintenance &amp; Repairs<br \/>\n\u2022 Service, repair, and maintain delivery vehicles and forklifts\u2022 Ensure availability of roadworthy vehicles for local and long-distance operations\u2022 Perform routine inspections and condition monitoring of vehicles\u2022 Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns and emergencies\u2022 Conduct failure analysis on faulty vehicle and forklift components<\/p>\n<p>2. Maintenance Planning<br \/>\n\u2022 Follow scheduled maintenance plans as directed by the Fleet Supervisor\u2022 Implement necessary modifications to improve vehicle performance and reliability<br \/>\n3. Health, Safety &amp; Housekeeping<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment\u2022 Ensure adherence to safety procedures and use of protective clothing\u2022 Promote discipline and compliance with company policies<br \/>\n4. Documentation &amp; Reporting<br \/>\n\u2022 Compile and maintain accurate maintenance and repair records\u2022 Prepare reports on vehicle repairs and transport stock\u2022 Ensure proper filing and documentation control<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements<br \/>\n\u2022 Grade 12 Certificate\u2022 Craft Certificate\/Diploma in Automotive Mechanics\u2022 Valid Class C Driver\u2019s License<br \/>\nExperience<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum of 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in automotive repair and maintenance<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
