\nSALES REPRESENTATIVE-LUSAKA
\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
\n\u2022 Maintain positive business relationship with customers to maximize sale\u2022 Present, promote, and sell product\/services using solid argument to existing and prospective customers\u2022 Supply supervisors with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new product and services\u2022 Ensure that customer satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis\u2022 Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends\u2022 Continuously improve through feedback by performing cost-benefit and need analysis of existing\/potential customers to meet their needs\u2022 Expedite the resolution of customers problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfactions\u2022 Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcome with schedule\u2022 Coordinate sales efforts with the team members and other departments\u2022 Analyze the territory\/market potential, track sales and status report\u2022 Ensure company procedures and laid down rules are followed\u2022 Ensure that customers are properly welcomed\u2022 Ensuring that monthly reports are submitted on 05th of every month\u2022 Ensuring that the working place is clean at all times\u2022 Any other duty assigned by the supervisor<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u2022 Must have a full grade 12 certificate\u2022 Must have a certificate or diploma in business related programs\u2022 Must be computer literate\u2022 Must have good communication and problem-solving skills\u2022 Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience
