Technical &amp; Process Optimization<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide technical support, analysis, and recommendations to production teams\u2022 Optimise plant availability, output, utilities usage, and waste reduction\u2022 Support implementation of technical improvements and projects<br \/>\n2. Maintenance &amp; Asset Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure integrity and optimal use of planned maintenance systems\u2022 Manage maintenance schedules and resolve system-related issues\u2022 Maintain asset care processes and system accuracy (CMMS)\u2022 Control maintenance costs and spare parts usage<br \/>\n3. Production Performance<br \/>\n\u2022 Drive plant reliability, efficiency, and product quality\u2022 Monitor brewing system performance and key process indicators\u2022 Minimise wastage and improve operational efficiency<br \/>\n4. Health, Safety &amp; Environment<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards\u2022 Maintain high housekeeping and safe maintenance practices\u2022 Identify and address unsafe practices proactively<br \/>\n5. People Management &amp; Leadership<br \/>\n\u2022 Coach and mentor shift teams\u2022 Support employee development in asset care, PLC, and maintenance skills\u2022 Promote effective communication and a positive work environment<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements<br \/>\nEducation &amp; Certification<br \/>\n\u2022 Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering\u2022 Registered Engineer (mandatory)\u2022 Diploma in Brewing (IBD) is an added advantage<br \/>\nExperience<br \/>\n\u2022 2-3 years in a Team Leader, Maintenance Planner, or Controller role\u2022 Experience in FMCG or brewing environment preferred\u2022 Familiarity with maintenance systems and brewing technologies.pdf<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
