\nEVENTS COORDINATOR \/ PROJECTS OFFICER
\nThe Zambia Institute of Estate Agents (ZIEA) is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Events Coordinator \/ Projects Officer.
\nPosition Summary
\nThe Events Coordinator \/ Projects Officer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Institute events, projects, stakeholder engagements, and public awareness activities. The successful candidate will support the Institute\u2019s strategic objectives through effective project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Plan and coordinate conferences, workshops, meetings, exhibitions, and public awareness events.
\nDevelop project plans, budgets, schedules, and activity reports.
\nCoordinate stakeholder engagement activities with government institutions, members, partners, and the public.
\nPrepare concept notes, proposals, reports, and presentations.
\nSupport implementation of institutional projects and programmes.
\nCoordinate publicity and communication activities for Institute events and projects.
\nMonitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of activities.
\nMaintain proper records and documentation for events and projects.
\nPerform any other duties assigned by Management.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
\nDiploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Project Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
\nMinimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in project coordination, events management, or administration.
\nExcellent communication and organisational skills.
\nStrong report writing and interpersonal skills.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n
