\nDS Solar Zambia, a leading renewable energy company with operations across Zambia, is seeking highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented individuals to join our growing sales team as Sales Agents.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity for ambitious professionals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, renewable energy solutions, and financial inclusion.
\nPosition: Sales Agent
\nLocations: All Districts Across Zambia<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Conduct direct sales and marketing activities for DS Solar products and services.
\nIdentify and solicit prospective clients through field and outdoor sales campaigns.
\nTravel to various towns and districts to conduct activations, roadshows, and customer outreach programs.
\nAssist prospective customers in opening accounts with partnered financial institutions.
\nPromote financing options available for solar products and services.
\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships.
\nAchieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
\nParticipate in exhibitions, market activations, and promotional events.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, or any related field.
\nPrevious experience in direct sales, field marketing, or FMCG product sales will be an added advantage.
\nProven ability to solicit and close sales.
\nStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.
\nWillingness to travel extensively across districts and provinces.
\nGood understanding of customer service and relationship management.
\nMust be goal-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets.<\/p>\n
Remuneration & Benefits<\/p>\n
Salary starting from K4,000 per month subject to meeting performance and sales targets.
\nAttractive commissions on successful customer account openings with partnered financial institutions.
