{"id":8491,"date":"2026-05-18T14:02:16","date_gmt":"2026-05-18T14:02:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/warehouse-accountant-at-fifteenmcc-africa-construction-trade-limited-nfca-mine-project\/"},"modified":"2026-05-18T14:02:38","modified_gmt":"2026-05-18T14:02:38","slug":"warehouse-accountant-at-fifteenmcc-africa-construction-trade-limited-nfca-mine-project","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/warehouse-accountant-at-fifteenmcc-africa-construction-trade-limited-nfca-mine-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Warehouse Accountant at Fifteenmcc Africa Construction &amp; Trade Limited (Nfca Mine Project)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Key Duties and Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u00b7 Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and balances.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Reconcile physical stock with system records on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Prepare warehouse inventory reports and stock variance reports.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Verify Goods Received Notes (GRNs), invoices, delivery notes, and issue vouchers.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control management.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Participate in periodic stock counts and audits.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and mine warehouse controls.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, and Stores departments regarding inventory transactions.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Investigate stock discrepancies and report findings to management.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Maintain proper filing and documentation of warehouse transactions.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Assist during internal and external audits.<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements<br \/>\n\u00b7 Full Grade 12 School Certificate.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Cert or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Minimum of 1+ years\u2019 experience in warehouse accounting, preferably in the mining industry.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Knowledge of inventory management systems and accounting softwares.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Good understanding of mining warehouse procedures and stock controls.<br \/>\nRequired Competencies<br \/>\n\u00b7 High level of integrity and confidentiality.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Strong analytical and numerical skills.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Attention to detail and accuracy.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Good communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
