As we expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executives(5) to join our team.<br \/>\nJob Summary<br \/>\nThe Sales Support executive will play a key role in supporting the sales pipeline by managing outbound lead engagement, maintaining CRM data integrity, qualifying prospects, and ensuring consistent follow-up. This role combines transport and logistics knowledge with structured sales support processes to drive business growth.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nConduct outbound calls to potential leads and prospects<br \/>\nQualify leads based on defined criteria<br \/>\nAccurately capture and update customer information in the CRM system<br \/>\nMaintain clean, organized, and validated data within the CRM<br \/>\nFollow up with prospects to nurture relationships and support conversion<br \/>\nAssist in tracking and managing the sales pipeline<br \/>\nSupport the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks<br \/>\nGenerate basic reports on lead activity and pipeline status<br \/>\nRequirements<br \/>\nCertificate, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, sales, Business Administration or a related field<br \/>\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nConfidence in making outbound calls and engaging potential clients<br \/>\nHigh attention to detail, especially with data entry and validation<br \/>\nBasic understanding of CRM systems (or willingness to learn)<br \/>\nStrong organizational and follow-up skills<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)<br \/>\nSelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
