\nLusaka<\/p>\n
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
\nMonitor production, distribution, and operational costs.
\nConduct variance analysis between budget and actual performance.
\nAssist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
\nSupport inventory accounting and stock reconciliations.
\nPrepare cost analysis for manufacturing and logistics operations.
\nEnsure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
\nSupport audits and statutory reporting requirements.
\nMonitor cash flow and working capital performance.
\nAnalyse sales trends, margins, and profitability by product\/channel.
\nCoordinate with operations, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for financial data accuracy.
\nDevelop and improve financial controls and reporting systems.
\nPrepare management presentations and KPI dashboards<\/p>\n
Professional networking events
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
ACCA, CIMA, or ZICA CA Zambia. CIMA is preferred for pure management accounting roles.
\nBachelor\u2019s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
5+ years in management accounting, FP&A, or costing in manufacturing\/FMCG\/services
\nHands-on with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, product costing, and KPI reporting
\nStrong IFRS knowledge and ability to translate numbers into business insights for management
\nAdvanced Excel and experience with ERP systems \u2013 SAP, Oracle, Sage, NAV
\nExperience supporting strategic decisions, cost control, and business partnering with ops\/sales<\/p>\n
