\nGraphics & Customer Service Officer \u2013 RPX Department

\nJOB PURPOSE
\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing graphic design services, cashiering support, customer service assistance, and copy center operations while ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction within the RPX Department.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\nGraphic Design Duties<\/p>\n
Design and prepare artwork for printing and branding services.
\nCreate flyers, banners, brochures, posters, business cards, and other promotional materials.
\nEdit and format customer artwork to print-ready standards.
\nEnsure all designs meet company quality and branding standards.
\nSupport marketing and promotional campaigns with creative content.<\/p>\n
Cashiering Duties<\/p>\n
Receive and process customer payments accurately.
\nIssue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.
\nConduct daily cash reconciliations and prepare reports.<\/p>\n
Customer Service Duties<\/p>\n
Attend to walk-in, phone, email, and WhatsApp customer inquiries.
\nProvide information on products, pricing, and services.
\nHandle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
\nFollow up on customer orders and delivery timelines.
\nMaintain professional\u00a0\u00a0customer relationships\u00a0and service standards.<\/p>\n
Copy Center Operations<\/p>\n
Operate photocopying, printing, binding, laminating, and scanning machines.
\nEnsure accurate and timely processing of customer jobs.
\nMonitor print quality and machine performance.
\nAssist customers with document preparation and finishing services.
\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the copy center area.<\/p>\n
Professional networking events
\nAdministrative Duties<\/p>\n
Maintain customer job records and daily activity reports.
\nCoordinate customer orders with production teams.
\nMonitor stock levels for printing and operational materials.
\nEnsure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design, Business Administration, Marketing, ICT, or related field.
\nMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in graphic design, customer service, cashiering, or copy center operations.
\nProficiency in CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or related software.
\nGood computer literacy and communication skills.
\nStrong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
\nShould be based in Solwezi.<\/p>\n
