\nAbout the role:
\nDollar Tree Distributors is seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Logistics Officer to join their growing Agro Stores division. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement, supplier management, stock replenishment, and transportation logistics to ensure continuous product availability across our stores. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and has strong coordination and follow-up skills.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Procure agro and FMCG products at competitive prices
\nCoordinate transportation and dispatch of bulk goods (30\u201340 ton trucks)
\nMonitor stock levels and prevent stockouts
\nDevelop and maintain SOPs, operational procedures, and work standards within the procurement and logistics function
\nFollow up suppliers, transporters, and deliveries
\nCoordinate loading\/offloading and delivery schedules
\nMaintain procurement and logistics records using ERP systems
\nSupport inventory planning and inter-store stock transfers
\nPrepare procurement and stock reports<\/p>\n
Desired Skills and Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
\nExperience in procurement, logistics, transport coordination, or inventory management
\nStrong negotiation and communication skills
\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail
\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
\nERP experience is an added advantage
\nExperience handling bulk goods logistics is an added advantage<\/p>\n

Compensation:
