The role is responsible for driving workforce effectiveness through proactive talent management, employee relations, performance optimization, compliance, and organizational development initiatives, while ensuring alignment with Epiroc\u2019s business objectives, values, and statutory requirements.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nYour Mission:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Act as a strategic HR partner to line management, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance, and talent decisions.<br \/>\nOnboarding, and employee lifecycle management<br \/>\nLead and manage disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and legal compliance.<br \/>\nDrive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.<br \/>\nSupport talent management and succession planning, identifying capability gaps and coordinating development interventions.<br \/>\nEnsure full compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.<br \/>\nReview and validate payroll inputs and act as an escalation point for complex payroll issues.<br \/>\nMaintain HR data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support business decision-making.<br \/>\nChampion employee engagement, culture, and inclusion initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nYour Profile:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources or related field.<br \/>\n6-8 years\u2019 experience in a progressive HR generalist role.<br \/>\nStrong experience in handling complex employee relations cases and advising management.<br \/>\nSound knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices.<br \/>\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.<br \/>\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.<br \/>\nProficiency in MS Office and HR systems.<br \/>\nExperience in a mining or industrial environment is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nLocation: Chingola, Zambia<br \/>\nLast Date to Apply: 27 May 2026<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It all starts with people.\u00a0The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
