The job holder will be responsible for preparing and delivering structured and differentiated lessons to learners in the Secondary Section of the School. The position holder will be expected to develop learners\u2019 communication, analytical and interpretive skills, and to stimulate high levels of literacy, critical thinking and creativity in line with both the Cambridge Assessment International\u00a0\u00a0Education\u00a0and Zambian Competence Based Curriculum<\/p>\n

JOB PURPOSE<\/p>\n
Your primary responsibility will be to support the school\u2019s commitment to inclusive and holistic education by providing specialized support to learners with special educational needs (SEN) and delivering high-quality Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education. You will ensure that learners are supported academically, socially, and emotionally to reach their full potential through assessment, individualized support, and structured PSHE learning. The SEN & PSHE Teacher will work collaboratively with staff, parents, and relevant stakeholders and is directly accountable to the Deputy Headteacher<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
